SHIFT Business Webstival: My speech on sustainable business now online

At SHIFT Business Webstival 2020, I got the opportunity to discuss sustainable business models as a way for companies to move beyond legal compliance, eco-efficiency, sustainability reporting, and other incremental intentions that are still dominating the sustainability rhetoric and practice in business today.

In the 30-minute speech, I bring the worlds of strategy and sustainability together. I introduce the three business models for sustainability: The Innovators, The Propagators, and The Investors. I brave to argue that only through redesigning their business models for sustainability, companies can leverage their core business and the scale advantages it offers to bring real sustainability transitions forward.
